All hardware and software interactions by XtreamData, including installation, remote access, diagnostics, and patching, are subject to rigorous confidentiality.
  • No hardware will be accessed, modified, or monitored without written client authorization.
  • Software installations and monitoring tools will be disclosed upon request.
  • All remote access sessions are encrypted and logged for accountability.
  • Devices may be decommissioned or sanitized upon termination of services.
Client data is never stored beyond contractually required timeframes. Upon contract completion, XtreamData will purge data unless retention is required by law or regulation.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

XtreamData retains personal data for only as long as:
  • It is required to deliver contracted services, or
  • Necessary for legal or regulatory compliance
You may request deletion of your records at any time. However, we reserve the right to retain anonymized or aggregated datasets for performance analytics and future service enhancement.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
